Zane and his manager assisted me with a ATV that I purchased back in March that didn’t meet my needs. They gave me almost my full purchase price back as a credit on a new machine! They even offered to pick up the old machine and deliver the new one. Their Black Friday deal on a free snow plow was the icing on the cake. Super knowledgeable, incredible customer service and support from the Management,Sales and Service people! 10 out of 10 ! Highly recommend!

Matt, the Sales Manager, runs a great operation and made sure everything was handled the right way. Zane, my salesperson, was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and zero pressure. He made the process straightforward and actually enjoyable. Megan in Finance was equally impressive. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork simple, and took the extra step to introduce me to the service department and get me on their schedule before I even left. I came into Honda World last week to checkout their CRF 250’s, since I’ve wanted a dirt bike for so long. Tayler came up to me and started chatting with me like he would to one of his friends and just talked about the bike and the loves of motocross. He didn’t push me into trying to buy it or anything like that which I really liked as a lot of salesman aren’t like that. He just kept it super chill and showed me around while I was thinking of what I wanted to do. I decided I wanted to go over some numbers and see if it’s something that would work for me. The sales Manager Matt, was super cool and did his absolute best to get me a deal that would work for both Honda and I which was super cool!
