Horrible service, came like an hour before close and the faces of workers wore like i came during closing time, asked to read the check code, worker threw the reader on the table and didnt say anything until i start looking at him and said “you going to do it” which he answered “no you can do it” i said “idk how” and got a response “ bro just plug it in and click this button and bring it back” which i laughed at and did it my self. Got the part and asked if he could erase it which he did the same thing. Threw the reader and told me to do it which i said i dont know how and he puts his hand on my face and says “ okay hold on im trying to explain” like im i the one who works there? I was too tired to deal with it so i listened and did it my self so if you guys need a employee i got my 10% of training done. What a joke. S.F.

This is my favorite O’Reillys. I’ve been to several, but I’ve never had the kind of Customer Service that I get through this team of employees. My RAV4 was having trouble passing emissions, Conner the manager bent over backwards Checking analyzing every little thing that would throw off the test. I’ve never had any Automotive company spent so much time with me and it was greatly appreciated. Joe Is a hot Rod nut and is always giving me great advice on my 1967 Mustang. You guys are the best thanks again.

The lady I spoke on the phone with to order a part from their warehouse was wonderful. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. When I went in to pick the item up however the gentlemen behind the counter was less than thrilled to be there... Overall satisfied though.
