I’ve been a customer of Firestone for many years, and to be honest, my experiences haven’t always been the best. That said, this visit — and my last one as well — completely changed my perspective. Nick, who helped me from drop-off through pick-up, was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process, and for the first time in a long while, I genuinely felt like I could trust the person taking care of my vehicle every step of the way. Nick is absolutely the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review. Firestone is lucky to have someone like him on the team.

Firestone at 2 Anderson Avenue in New Jersey truly prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had two positive encounters there, one with the store manager, Barkev, and the other with the service manager, Pedro. Both provided exceptional customer service regarding my vehicle. They took the time to thoroughly review every detail of the services that needed attention. Additionally, they offered ways to save money by referring to the Firestone app and credit card, which provide additional savings opportunities. After the inspection, they clearly outlined what needed to be done and taken care of at a glance. It’s not just about making a sale or being a salesperson; it’s more about what they can do to keep your vehicle running in top condition. They created a warm and inviting atmosphere of trust and honesty. I left feeling like family rather than just a customer who received service. I got home at 6PM and had a flat I called them 1 hour before closing; not saying you should do this but they were willing to accommodate me last second and did more than just replace a flat tire, they inspected the whole car and told me things I wasn’t aware about and also willing to do tire change for all 4 (as per their suggestion) 30min before closing even though I originally asked for a tire change or patch. Top notch customer service. Even though I was a first time customer they treated me like a was a repeat customer and made me feel great because they didn’t have to do all that and still that for me, now it’s something I don’t have worry about for a few years since the car is driven so much.Thank you so much Nick, Daniel, and Sean, you guys are awesome snd made it easy to understand the benefits of doing tire swaps with you and wishing you guys the best in everything!
