Don't go here! The "owner" threatened to get me fired from my job because I told her I didn't feel comfortable with her auto body guy John coming to my job and working on my car in the parking lot of my employer without my employer's consent. She used her LGBTGIA-ABCDEFG soup can title to try to give herself credibility when I called telling her I spoke to John and had a bad conversation with him about what we were going to do and how much I was going to pay as well as what the payment would be. They tried telling me that the work I got done on my car was really bad and they needed to redo the whole thing when it was done well and just needed some touching up to do. They started tag teaming me and screaming at me on the phone about how they didn't wanna work with me and to call the cops because they'll be waiting for them and then started cursing me out and threatening to get me fired from my job because I said I didn't feel comfortable paying by cash app. Theyre a bunch of scam artists. I spoke to several other shops that told me the body work looks fine, the paint just needed to be corrected and that they know them at this place and they're a bunch of scam artists and they don't work with this place anymore. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have also reported the incident to the Belleville police department for harassment. This behavior is unacceptable from a business.

Left the car with them to repair a trunk lid on Friday. They told me i could have it back Monday. Then told me tome 11 am on Tuesday. Then said no, 5:30 pm. Then said no, not done yet., come 9:00 am Wed. Finally got the car at 10:30 but without the letters VOLVO at the back because he didnt realize that the letters couldnt be re stuck. I had to rush to work and went back today as the trunk lid was not aligned properly AND there was a scratch at the bottom of the car. Now he wants 250 to paint the bumper. Ridiculous

If I could give this place negative starts I would. I brought my car to Mavis in Elmsford NY, for new tires, while in their care my car was hit on the rear bumper. Mavis sent my car to this shop to get fixed and they made it worse. They have no idea what they are doing. The shop never took the bumper off the car, they just resprayed half of my bumper getting over spray on my parking censors, reflectors and trim pieces. They also sprayed clear coat all over the trunk of the car and the inside trim, it honestly looks like someone did it with a can of spray paint from Home Depot. I would never recommend anyone bring their car here, it is a total disaster they have no idea what they are doing.
