I can’t say enough good things about JJ Liu Towing Services! At 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, when my daughter had a tire blow-out on GA 120 near the Chattahoochee River, we were in a panic. We called a dozen so-called “24x7” towing and roadside assistance companies, and not one answered the phone. Some lines are even disconnected! Then we found JJ and her team. They were not only available and responsive but provided absolutely outstanding service and customer care. JJ’s team arrived quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and was incredibly friendly throughout the process. JJ herself is a gem - her dedication to helping people in stressful situations really shines through. She turned a stressful night into a manageable situation, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re in Norcross, Duluth or anywhere nearby, this is the towing service to call. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t leave reviews but they truly deserve one. I called all around looking for towing service at around midnight for his 86 Cutlass Supreme and not one would answer despite it saying 24 hours. Well I called JJ Liu and they were able to get him a quote and ping our correct location for the driver. I was told about 30-40 minutes but the driver arrived in less time than that and got his vehicle hooked up very quickly. Thanks to them we were able to get his baby home and not take the chance of leaving her in the shoulder on 285. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
