Had a great experience with Coyote Towing! From my initial phone call to being dropped off at the shop. The person on the phone asked all the right questions, and was understanding of my situation. I was provided with a very fair quote and a quick pickup time - I missed it because my phone restarted, and my truck and I still got picked up within an hour. The driver, Gabriel, was awesome. This was a super stressful situation for me, and he showed up ready to get the job done! My truck couldn't start or go into neutral so I was worried, but he handled it with grace and care. Drove me to the shop with him, through tons of Convention Center event traffic, and located the shop with ease. I am super thankful for everyone's help, and if I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be going straight to Coyote!

They dont even get a star with the front desk lady that disrespected me and my sister with my friend over getting our car back out of the tow yard very bad service and very disappointed in this white women's actions with glasses. Would not recommend buying from here.i have to put a star to post but this women needs to be fired. Asap.
