They were on time & two amazing men in a large truck came & took away years of junk. They were fast, kind, helpful & in a matter of less than an hour, I felt like I lost 100lbs! This business is extremely fast & professional! I spoke to Michael on the phone who was incredibly kind, and he got back to me about a same day appointment within 10 minutes! When their team arrived, everyone was very polite and friendly. Daven, Danny, Bryan, & Israel were a fantastic team and worked very quickly and efficiently. I contacted several junk removal companies before deciding on Assured. They had the best phone representative who provided quick and accurate information without any pressure to use her company. We set a date for the pickup and had to move it up a week, which Assured was able to. They came out the next day. The crew, two strong brothers named Danny and Davin, were able to get a heavy motorized couch out of our front door without a problem. They were very personable and professional. I would recommend Assured to anyone who needed prompt and reasonably priced junk removal service.
