Went in to get diagnostics done on my camaro. Couldnt find what was wrong on the first day and they told us to bring it back the next so they could thoroughly go through it. I appreciated that they went above and beyond to find what was wrong with my car. The mechanic and service guy who did our invoice was very nice and explained everything to me and have me options to fix what was wrong with the car. I have not seen another mechanic as kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help! See you soon. Will be recommending and bringing back my car here from now on!

I went in for an oil change for $25 and expecting to be there at the most one hour, but ended up adding a water pump replacement spending a total of $618.96 and spending 4 hours there. I got there at 1:45 and left just as they were closing, and was the last car out. There were 4 workers, and initially assumed there were two mechanics working on cars but really it was one mechanic. The one I talked to spent time pointing things out that would need future repair. He was very informative but I did notice he was surprisingly clean and comfortable looking. I guess he must be the sales guy. My suggestion is to only go in there for the work you wanted to get done and go get a second opinion and quote for anything else they mention. Also, go get the parts yourself because thats what took the longest (supposedly) to get. I probably would have got it quicker myself AND saved a couple bucks. Goodluck on your next car repair adventure. Also, bring snacks, headphones/earbuds, a book, and phone charger because its going to take 4 times longer than you think.
