O’Reilly Auto Parts was fine overall. The store had what I needed, and checkout was straightforward. Staff wasn’t overly engaging, but they were polite enough and got the job done. The place could use a bit more energy and customer interaction, but it’s a reliable spot when you just need parts quickly.

Really bad customer service just really oblivious to what customer service is. I went here for a 02 sensor for my traverse yesterday. I waited a bit while the man looked. He said he couldn’t find it. He didn’t offer to order it, or anything (I’ve shopped here before so I know the process). I asked if he could order it instead he seemed to have an attitude. He said he’d order it for me and it’ll be there later in the day. I said great and asked if they would you call me when it arrived. He told me he couldn’t call me because he’d be working with other customers (the only reason I asked was because they called me without question the last time I got parts here). Seems strange a store would order a part for a customer and not call them when it arrived. Fast forward to today I still haven’t received a callback after asking the guy to call me. To me that’s more of a choice being made not to call rather than making a ten second call. Me not receiving the call isn’t the problem it’s the lack of the associate even wanting to try to give me a call and the explaining why he couldn’t give me a call before even trying. Employee physical hygiene wasn’t up to par either.
