Bought a used car and needed an inspection done first to make sure everything was okay with the car. They had me in in under 1.5 hours as a walk in, and were very nice! They seem very honest and not like they try to overcharge for anything you don't need, and are very polite. Will return for my next automotive service needs

Had a great experience with Great Bridge Muffler and Brake. I grew up in the area, and visiting family. Needed to get state inspection done, and the inspector was starting a hair early. Was able to get my vehicle right in, and service was prompt. While waiting in the indoor seating area, I saw other technicians speaking with other customers, and all seemed very knowledgeable, and great customer service orientation, and was friendly. Front desk associate Jamie was very helpful and a nice guy. Don’t see shops run like this very often anymore, and if I ever needed work done, I’d probably drive all the way here to have them take care of my vehicle. I’d highly recommend anyone that lives in the area.
