These guys saved the day. During the biggest snow storm in years, they rescued my work truck in a timely manner. It was a very hard recovery, but they stuck with it and got the job done. I would give 10 stars if I could. Nothing but professional, they have my business from now on!

So I was leaving HyVee on Sheridan when I realized I had locked my keys in my car. I looked over and saw Dependable Towing and Recovery getting ready to tow a car. I waited till he was done and went over and asked him if he could break into my car. He was very nice, grabbed his tools, and within a couple minutes had my car door open. I was so grateful! Thank you Kyle for saving the day!!

Sitting in my truck a worker seemingly tipsy if not completely drunk pulled up and stated he will tow my truck. I stated I'll move it and said I have 15 mins to get it off parking lot knowing I would need to get a different vehicle and trailer for the removal. An impossible task for me to do so I started pushing my truck out of the parking lot and the worker then called the police department. Stating my plan was to leave it in the road which was a lie. His lie made the police officer have me not remove the truck from the parking lot by pushing it. Forcing me to watch my vehicle be towed without any way to move it I was given zero notice to remove my vehicle from a parking lot that has no posted signage about parking there and the towing company had not received anything in writing for the removal of my truck both of which would make it an illegal tow not to mention I was told 270$ to go pick it up from where they are taking it but was told 400$ just a couple hours later and a 25 fee to get property from the truck. While he was towing my vehicle he towed a jeep without giving any notice in any way and told the police officer he is hunting down a Honda Civic that keeps moving around every day. If you need to to illegally move someone's vehicle the company will hunt it down for you and over charge the owner whether they can move it or not. The company is bad here is a quote from the owner on a different review as an example......Sorry that the process we have used for 10+ years doesn't work for all of you fly by nite wannabe transporters that can only do your job if it runs, but maybe if you want to transport vehicles for a living you should make sure you have the correct equipment to do so since most repos no adays are unknown if they run and if they do how good. Hope you get your issues figured out thought. Take care. And here is a quote from another review where I must pay 25$ for my property this customer paid zero......It was nice to not have to pay to get personal belongings out of the car... I have started legal procedures and contacted the BBB as well as an auditor to investigate if this or the jeeps tow was legal or if it was predatory in nature. Other posts show clear drunk and alcohol use.
