First of all, I have never been more impressed with customer service at a fleet dealer that I have at this location in Las Vegas. So Art and Will provide amazing customer service and we’re honest about the repair process. The next day they contacted me and all repairs were completed. Come to find out Oliver the amazing mechanic only works on Isuzu and was able to hook up his computer to the original ECU computer and do the repairs that many others in Arizona and California had promised but never did. Long story short the truck was ready the next day and the tow bill from Arizona cost more than the repair at the shop. I highly recommend Art and Will to get your work vehicle back onto the road and back in service. Thank you for keeping my small business on the road hassle free!!!!!!!

Nevada Fleet

I have been in business for right at 40 years and am winding down for retirement. Today I called International parts and spoke with Brendan. Of all the vendors I dealt with International in Las Vegas couldn't have had any better customer service. Brendan treated me very efficiently and professionally and advised me on how to save a little money on my purchase. Most shops would do the opposite and attempt an upsell. Thank you Brendan and thank you International. My only regret is that I did not find you earlier in my career and do more business with you.

The engine work was great, but being a diesel pusher, the access to the engine is in the bedroom, necessitating removal of the closet doors and floor of the closet. This is where they lose the 5th star. The wood was scratched in the process.
