Erik got to us pretty fast, less than 30 min. He brought a regular size spare tire for our Kia so we were able to go on about our day without having to worry about speed. It was late so that was very convenient because we were able to carry out errands and hold off on replacing the tire for a couple days if needed. He was very fast with replacing it too. It was cold and we were able to stay in the car. The price was reasonable for the quality of the spare and the fast, & convenient service!

Call these guys first! Had a flat. Dispatched said 30 minutes and Erik were there on the dot. Back up and running in about 10 minutes. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I locked myself out of my van with the engine running. I contacted roadside assistance from my auto insurance company. After being strung along and waiting for over 4 hours with being told various ETAs from the towing company they contacted, I searched for close assistance and found this place. Spoke with Erik and he got to me in about 15 minutes. He was so quick with getting my car unlocked, very compassionate about my situation and just a really nice person. My van was literally running on fumes by the time it was unlocked since it had been idling for so long and Erik went above and beyond and made sure I got to a gas station safely. I’m so thankful for Erik in what was an incredibly frustrating afternoon. He’s definitely going to be my go-to guy for future vehicle troubles. Price is competitive, and I will be sending the bill to my auto insurance company for their folly of leaving me in the lurch.
