Towed my sons car from a university lot, which is fine, but damaged beyond repair the front tire and wheel. Denied doing it, but luckily the university was able to provide video. They can mess with my attorney now. $1800 damage to the vehicle. .

Huge shoutout to this towing service for coming to my rescue when my car stalled in the middle of the road. They got me safely out of traffic, and towed my car to a secure parking area. First time my car needed to be towed, everything worked out fine, driver got there after about an hour. The most recent time I tried to have my car towed, the driver did not show up after about hour and 15 minutes. I had to cancel and not waste more time. The dispatch informed me they were backed up with towing for the police. Just know that dispatch only gives an estimates for arrival time (45 min) and that’s the same estimate I always get. I will be trying a different company next time.
