All I needed was a key cut on a key fob every lock smith including dealer ship wanted to program the key but that's not what I wanted . All I needed was the key made so after spending all morning being turned down by lock smiths, batteries plus made it happen! They were nice helpful and honestly saved me 150.00.

Quoted almost $200 for a duplicate car key. Declined to offer me a cheaper option compatible with my car shown on their own website, even when asked, they stated they couldn’t do it. I went to a locksmith on Broad and got a duplicate key for less than half of what I would have spent here

Called to find out if they had a battery for a nest thermostat in stock. She told me she couldn't look it up without the battery number. I'm not around the unit but I'm close to Batteries Plus where I could have picked it up. I'm not sure if it's laziness or a poor computer system that can't look something up but either way rather disappointing.
