Clara made my experience seamless I truly appreciate how she stayed on top of the transportation of my vehicle to the dealership and making sure the proper tow truck was needed to make this a great experience. Dennis was very professional as well and he made sure my vehicle was safely parked onto the flat bed and got to the dealership safely. I highly recommend this company for towing needs. Also this was a pleasant experience being that I’m also a licensed agent and claims adjuster and I’ve heard roadside horror stories but this one is one I will definitely recommend to my leadership team. Moments ago I Observed an interaction involving Futo’s Wrecker at the gas station next to Checkers on Piedmont Avenue during overnight hours. The dispatch driver’s demeanor was unprofessional, with a dismissive tone and lack of courtesy toward the individual requesting assistance. Based on what I witnessed, the situation could have been handled more respectfully. Companies providing roadside services should ensure their staff maintain professionalism at all times, especially in public-facing situations.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience at the Checkers located by the gas station on Piedmont Ave downtown. The parking situation is already frustrating, with only handicap spots available in an overcrowded lot, yet the employee on duty displayed an alarming level of disgust and inconsideration toward customers. The overnight worker, a rough-looking Caucasian male, gave off a clear sense of hostility and seemed particularly unwelcoming to Black patrons. The behavior I witnessed was both disturbing and unacceptable, making what should have been a simple visit deeply uncomfortable.
