This is the worse person I’ve ever done business with, he’s very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He had the nerve to get loud with me after I asked a simple question. He didn’t respond to me about my payment and he had already gotten my car, and apparently he has a worker that does like to do his job, if you want to sell your “junk” car for a good price he’s not the person to do it with ! I never received my money for my car that is in his possession !! DO NOT GO TO HIM

Very unprofessional let’s start with the fact that I am trans and did not go through the full procedure of doing the name change yet so when he ran my VIN number and see what name was on the registration of the vehicle he was on my phone actually making a mockery of me having a feminine voice With my birth name he says to my knowledge. M***** Is a boy name I uncomfortably laughed it off because I’m just trying to sell my car. I gave him the address and he told me someone was on the way about 20 minutes after that he text me and says can I send him a picture of my ID? But on the phone, he told me just have it present when the person comes to pay me for the car. He is completely unprofessional with a disregard of how the customer feels. Even if your car doesn’t work and you can’t get much for it do not use this company I was supposed to move out of state today and now I have to delay everything because the incompetence of one person.some Straight up BS Definitely will be reporting this too the BBB

This is what you call an unprofessional business with unprofessional workers. This man called at 12 to let me know he was coming came at 3 with an ATTITUDE, when he got the car and key the title was in the car which he did NOT want to look for and instead blamed it on his “coworker” I have still yet to hear from him DO NOT GO TO HIM !
