We are fairly new in the area and first impressions is everything. Our vehicle was towed to Heritage Auto Repair by Triple AAA.. Prior to that given 3 selection of auto repairs shops to service our Vehicle. We chose Heritage Auto Repair. The shop was very clean and organized with varieties of snack ,with drinks. Bill and staff were very professional, kind, courteous and polite. Bill approach us and ask us how he can be of help . He was awesome . He took us to our hotel due to the car rental place never showed up. Bill called us and kept us informed regularly about the vehicle and explained to us in full detail what was exactly needed to for our vehicle to get us back on the road:) if there was any questions he made himself available to address, very efficient. Our water pump went out, they had to put timing change and gear assembly, spark plugs needed air filter, replaced, coolant changed .. We were a give a thorough an accurate estimate and Bill kept us updated to any findings and promptly. The car running great and we are *Back on the road again!
