Called them when my car wouldn’t start. Response time was quick! He showed up, tried to jump start my car and get it back up and running, but to no avail. Got me to the garage in 30 mins flat from time of arrival to delivery. Affordable prices. Charged me the flat 75$ fee for towing in Lafayette area. Lovely attitude and made good conversation as well! Would highly recommend for towing in and around Lafayette, IN.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to this area for vacation and to visit old friends. I needed my vehicle towed from the hotel parking lot at the Quality Inn Suites. When this guy initially pulled up to complete the job he hopped out like a cheerleader instantly snapping pictures and wanting signatures. Really playing the part and kind. I highly respect owner operators. I’m a heavy equipment operator myself! I let him know that I needed to do one last sweep of the vehicle. (I did not receive a call confirming that this guy was nearby). The key fob to my vehicle was left upstairs on accident. I had to go and get it. I call the local Mercedes Benz of Lafayette dealership to talk with the service representative again. As I’m having a conversation with the dealership, this guy is listening in. ( Mind you I’m from out of town and here on vacation.) The lady answering the front desk phone calls at the Mercedes Benz tries to tell me what insurance they will or won’t accept!) I needed to remind her that it wasn’t her job. Plus she was holding me up from getting my vehicle towed. This Mikey guy or whatever decided to begin raising his ramp to the truck to leave. I asked him if everything was okay, he responded yes. In the next breath this guy was hauling a$$ to hurry and get in his truck to get away from me. I asked him his name and I was trying to get the name of the truck. As I took the picture this guy says go ahead and take the picture the company is mine!!! I’m really the only tow truck driver in the area plus I choose whom I decide to help. And sped off. This isn’t a revenge review. This is a review to be sure that the general public knows how this owner operator of this company works. The last thing I would want is a family of 5 or whomever left out in the cold because you have folks like this guy out there. I don’t know him from paint. I wasn’t combative towards him. I shared with him that I was going through my insurance company for the towing and ended up getting sped off on. It was truly a wow experience. Stay safe, encouraged, and prayed up!!!

Great people! Had an amazing experience in a very troubling situation. Friendly, honest, and helpful with everything within their power. Driver was friendly and honest. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and helped me find a mechanic and rental place. Being new years day and all the help they provided, I feel like they went above and beyond to help me in my moment of need.
