Extremely impressed by these guys today after bringing my fiancé’s car in for work. I sat in the waiting room for several hours and listened to all the employees handle customers with grace, honesty, and integrity, something not very common in mechanic shops this day in age. Keep in mind they fit us in short notice and were very clear that they might not get to it for hours. The dealership had the car for over a week and couldn’t properly diagnose the problem but that didn’t stop them from trying to spend our money on unnecessary things. I was thoroughly impressed by the team at Guaranteed Automotive and they will certainly have our business in the future. A huge thank you to Tom and the guys in the shop for valuing my time and wallet, it’s such a relief to see good people treating others how they would want to be treated.
