Refuse to let you pay with card. On call said I wasn’t allowed to get my wallet to withdraw cash and “it was my problem not theirs”. Rudest customer service call ever. Literally only parked for 12 minutes before getting towed. $240 cash…why cash. It sounds extremely extortionate and less than legal. I’m also fairly certain my car got its bumper damaged but I can’t prove it so they said “sorry out of luck”. Highly unprofessional, rude, and above all extortionate.

I had a very upsetting experience with Lafayette J.R. Enterprise this morning. When I went outside to address the towing of my car, the employee I encountered was purely and utterly rude. Instead of offering any explanation or basic courtesy, he spoke to me with open disrespect at a moment when I was already stressed and confused. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in a situation caused by unclear parking communication. This level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable.

-I set up a tow at 9am for 2:30pm. At 3:06pm I call to be told they forgot, but they are now on their way. An hour and a half after that the dude shows up, when it is a 17 min. drive, and pulls so far away from me that I have to walk 30 feet in torrential rain to talk to him. He yells everything in a really rude way. He pulled around back, dropped the car, and left without saying a word. -5% fee for using a card, but they won't tell you that on the phone (he waived that fee when we told him though)
