Fantastic service. We have used these guys twice now. Once for a cooling problem and this time for brakes. My daughter is in school at USM. I am in north MS. They have taken great care of her both times. They were quick and reasonably priced. They even took her home and delivered the car to her at work when it was done! You can’t find service like this very often. They will be our shop for all future needs! Great job!!!

This is the worse customer service I’ve ever had. I was passing through the city due to my son’s autism appointment and my vehicle broke down. I asked him for a quote just to put new studs and lug nuts on my vehicle and he clearly stated that he did not have a set price on something simple like that but his guess was up to $300 I tried to help him out by giving him other quotes that I have gotten and he began cursing and saying all types of ungodly words. The bad part about it. He was the owner of the company. (Reason I did not go to anyone else was because I the other company’s were backed up with cars and couldn’t get to it the same day)

I had a great experience with B & R auto repair. They had very good knowledge of cars as well as lots of knowledge of where to get new parts. My car was really messed up after my brakes failed and I got into a wreck. They fixed all of the problems I had with my car in one single day, regardless of the fact that I took a while getting the part that day as well.
