So here was my experience. The problem I had with my vehicle is a bit tricky to diagnose by ear, but Kyle knows these engines inside and out and was very confident that he knew what the issue was. Already I'm feeling more reassured as I had heard a lot of doom and gloom from other mechanics. I had service scheduled for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. but due to my travel schedule they let me bring it early on Friday morning to drop it off. To my surprise, Kyle called me within a couple of hours on Friday and told me that he had already started and he was correct in his diagnosis and it probably would be a couple of days to fix it as he needed to track down the part and it was already Friday afternoon. Then to my absolute shock, he calls me a couple of hours later to tell me that the job is done. And the kicker is, the final bill was half of his OWN quoted rate. (Think about that for a second.) And not because he gave me some sort of discount, but just because he's honest and only charged for the work performed. If you are like me, and can be wary of mechanics who might invent problems that don't exist and have been burned in the past, I would definitely recommend you visit Ray's Automotive. I also wanted to mention that Debra in the front office is simply great and instantly makes you feel like you're at home the second you walk in. They earned my business.

My family and I were on our way home from Florida and started to hear a hissing noise when accelerating. We aren’t from the area so we just googled a place nearby and thankfully Kyle was kind enough to stop what he was doing to check out our car. He gave us reassurance that we would be okay until we got home. He didn’t charge us for his time & we are so thankful. We appreciate his time & help!!
