good communication and genuine understanding. they got to the problem with my truck and were able to give me a number of options with regards to repairs. the mechanics are very professional and keep you in the loop. each time i called Bobby, i never heard a second ring, regardless of what time it was. he’s genuine about his business and doesn’t sugar coat. he lets you know what’s wrong and gives you the best way to fix it. they were thorough about my truck and i should be getting it back today. come to Jersey a lot and am relieved that i found an honest shop to take my truck to.

The shop is busy, which says a lot, but they still managed to fit me in and give personal attention. Definitely one of the better truck repair experiences I’ve had in a while.
