I feel like 5 stars doesn’t do Jevon justice! I panicked the moment I realized my car was stuck in the ice thinking it was going to hours before someone arrived. Jevon was there within an hour, outside the city no less. This company is customer service at its finest!! He was professional, helpful, polite and jumped right into figuring out the best way to help me out of a terrible situation. After a few phone calls it was decided they needed a different vehicle to pull me out of the mess I was in. He very politely offered to drive me home and bring me back later to retrieve my car in this 32* weather. Instead of riding back to get my car, he picked up my key, went to get it and brought it back very quickly. This company made a horrible and stressful situation the easiest it could have possibly gone for me, and I hope them. Their communication and willingness to go out the way, made this a day I couldn’t appreciate a tow company more. Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!!!

I am completely impressed with Watkins Towing! Not just with their courteous and friendly demeanor - but the professionalism and reasonable prices topped it off!! Watkins arrived on time with the right equipment, had all the OSHA required gear and attire. Their tow truck was nice and clean. They were very mindful and careful not to put even a tiny scratch on my truck. On a scale of 1 to 10…. I would give this company a 14! I own a business that has many pieces of heavy equipment, and I’ve dealt with some shady towing services located in and around the triad. Sometimes these towing companies would give you one price over the phone and another when they arrive - saying they didn’t know this or that. Not Watkins! Sometimes they would treat your vehicle as if it was junk - not Watkins! Sometimes they would tell you they will be there at a certain time and arrive much later - not Watkins! People, If you want to use a reputable towing service with very reasonable prices, get away from those shady towing services and use Watkins! I’m sold!

This was a great experience..the driver was very nice and handled the situation quickly and professional with a great since of humor...I was already stressed but he made it like...it's ok and everything will be fine..., Thanks .,.he need top pay for real... because I'm a hard person to get out the funk....bless u to.
