We barely rolled in to this O’Reilly’s location as our air conditioning compressor locked up, & subsequently melted our serpentine belt… We don’t know a lot about cars, but the staff there was very helpful and supportive…. We needed more expert help to solve our problem But they are a great location and very helpful highly recommend!

I needed a replacement bulb for my headlight. Ed greeted me as soon as I entered the door. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Ed was so helpful and courteous, he's very knowledgeable. Ed went above and beyond helping me select a replacement bulb, as well as replacing the bulb for me. Ed is a great asset to your store. Thank you for your assistance and your friendly demeanor. It was a pleasure, sir.

Shoutout to Ed! He went above and beyond to help me find the right wiper blades for a (new to me) car that has a relatively unusual connection style. With some online searches and measurements of the blades on the car we determined that their computer system had incorrect info about my car (which is apparently pretty common with this model car) and he helped me open and test fit multiple blades until we found the right one. Even let me bring them out to the car to test before purchasing to test. Most impressive was that he even helped cobble together an adapter with spare parts for the passenger side blade that didn't come with the correct adapter. Sure the store was clean and well stocked, but it was Ed's willingness to help and his resourcefulness that really made a difference compared to my experience at other places. I will definitely be coming back.
