I called for my BF who needed a flat bed due to his car. He was stressed hoping they wouldn’t damage his car. He said everyone was extremely nice. The tow truck driver was patient and worked with him as he helped get his car loaded on the flat bed. The driver showed up fast. Price was way less than our insurance company. Highly recommend!!

They responded to me promptly in the middle of the night with courtesy, respect and wisdom. I was very impressed that Mr Wayne Lee himself came out to respond which is a rarity and today's world that the owner shows up and not only overseas what's going on but took it upon himself to climb under the truck and do what was necessary to get me towed in. Him and his team are top notch and had no problems whatsoever with hauling my company's 26 ft straight truck to the mechanic shop and Hope Mills that my company uses. They even went out of their way to dropped me off at my personal vehicle and then proceeded to take the truck to their yard for the night and then in the morning towed it all the way to Hope Mills to the garage that my company uses. I highly recommend Wayne Lee's Towing and will definitely be using their services again.
