ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PERSONAL TREATMENT FROM A DISTRACTED AND TRULY INCOMPETENT DRIVER!!!!!! What a sham of a service offered by people wanting things done thier way BUT not remembering the customer is thier ENTIRE purpose!!! The driver arrived at the latest of times told to us, did not even notify us of his presence and was already attempting to load our vehicle without our presence or approval. Then when the property and vehicle owner informs the driver who is distracted on another phone call while trying to load the vehicle on the flatbed, to "PLEASE GO SLOW".... the driver turns around and responds "HOW MUCH SLOWER YOU WANT ME TO GO?".... then repeats "THAT THE TRUCK HAS A FLAT BACK SIDE TIRE AND NOT TO DESTROY THE TRUCK OR TIRE!" To my dismay the driver continues and scrapes my entire back and bottom of the truck to include sparks flying out by the rim. Now I have to watch this GENIUS, get up set, decide he will not continue service on the truck, puts it in reverse, and THIS TIME, he uses a long tire board to protect the back rim, but he rushes and as the truck comes off the bed, he stops the truck on the bed and the truck front tire is NOW ON THE Front tire, and the driver can't get it out!!! So he gets upset, head back into the truck and NOW removes the truck enough to clear the flatbed!! So at this point of true humiliation and embarrassment , the driver wants nothing to do with us or this job and is yelling how he will still get paid for this job, either from us or our insurance because that's how it works and he doesn't give a damn about our vehicle!!!! STAY AWAY!! AVOID THESE TYPES OF... PEOPLE!!! EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY, FIND BETTER OUT THERE!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE NOR PAIN.

my car broke down in swansboro, and i happen to live in richlands, not only did the company offer to get my car the same day we called, but was also significantly cheaper than the companies we originally called. not only did he grab my car the same day. he had my car back to me within 3 hours of the call and dropping off my key to him. he is really a man of his word and takes huge pride in his work, i could of never asked for a better towing company!!!!
