This was my first time coming here, and I’m really impressed. I brought my Lexus in because another shop mentioned a suspension bolt might be loose after an alignment. The team at C-Side Auto Repair checked everything carefully and explained the situation clearly. They were honest, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Everything I read in the reviews is true they are trustworthy and take the time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

As a woman, I’m always a little skeptical walking into an auto shop. Unfortunately, there are places that take advantage, and that’s always in the back of my mind. But while I was waiting, I listened to the gentleman running the desk help customer after customer. He made sure everyone got the best price and the best service possible. You could genuinely tell he cared. It was an immediate relief. C-Side Auto took great care of my car, gave me a discount when my bill came in higher than expected, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The free diagnostic was a huge plus as well. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully not anytime soon ) and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
