Booked because I visibly saw a nail in my tire which I told them when booking and when dropping the vehicle off. I also reported the tire has a slow leak. When I came to pick the vehicle up, I was told they were unable to find a nail in the tire, even after spraying the tire down but, they replaced a faulty valve stem. I argued with the cashier that I know there's a nail in the tire because both my daughter and I saw it easily. He reassured me they did not find one. I didn't see a point in arguing as he clearly was not listening (what happened to the customer always being right?). I brought the car home and asked a family member to take a look, low and behold, a nail in the tire! This is a specialty tire center. Do better!

Incredible customer service and knowledge! Gavin & Justin took great care of my Chevy Tahoe with a last minute issue right before closing to get me back on the road home. SO grateful for their kindness and expertise…they explained everything thoroughly to reassure me my car was safe to drive 2.5 hours home after an error by our local mechanic.

Dawn and Logan were awesome, great customer service, great personalities, and alot of fun. They took me early when I arrived, explained everything and I recommend the hills plaza store to everyone. I bought my tires from there, and Dawn took care of me, I explained I wanted to most aggressive all terrain tires I could buy, I wanted top end, she walked me through it, and done!
