My visit Ideal Auto yesterday was wonderful. The staff was receptive and helpful, the work done was exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable price. I have never had an issue with Ideal Auto and I highly recommend This business for anyone looking for honest And hard-working mechanics. I am grateful to Zen and Sandra who own and operate the business. I have always been able to depend on them for their support, guidance and knowledge about my car. This is invaluable to me.

Best auto body repair shop in the US. Professional, quick, and friendly service. Our family of 5 with 1 on the way was stranded without money or food or a place to stay as our alternator went out and our car was broken down. My husband is a 100% legally disabled US Veteran from Operation Enduring Freedom. I am unable to leave him by himself and care for him 24/7. He is able to drive while I doordash. We are continuing to pray for favor so that we can get into a place so that I can legally apply to be his caretaker so we don't have to be homeless anymore but as no taxpayer funded programs for veterans have been willing to help us with this for the past 6 years we are on our own. Thank God for people like Officer Steven who offered to pay for our alternator and services. Zen did not let him foot the bill and payed for half the alternator and the services. And yesterday, Officer Joseph bought us a battery and Officer Gilmore attempted to get us a hotel stay. God bless you all.
