I Called elgins on Friday after getting into an accident since they were close by to come get my car for me. When the gentleman came to pick up my car, he told me it was probably totaled due to the rust. Yesterday, they told me my tow would be a little close to $300 and that if I didn’t pick it up today they would charge me an additional $50 per day for holding it. Also that my car isnt totaled but the repairs are 5 times more than my car is worth…..This morning we were told the tow was $374 and would not take anything besides exact change. AND they asked if they could tow it to my house for an additional charge. Absolutely not. This is my first ever experience with a towing company and if I need anything else, I will not be going to this shop again.

Although i was told 3 day turn around and it took 4. I was pleased with the results. I just wish they would have communicated by calling me instead of me calling them to find out about the extra day. But all in all great paint job!!!

I called to price a tow because I needed my truck towed to a garage. The lady on the phone told me that it was going to be 349.00.. all I needed was my truck to be towed less than 5 miles..and then the lady hung up on me when I got mad at the price.They don't listen to the customers at all.i would rather have 85 towing a recovery come get my vehicles than do business with people that are rude.
