Friendly and helpful dispatcher, and friendly and very skilled wrecker driver. My driveway is very steep up by my house and wrecker was having issues and eventually went into limp mode. He made a couple of attempts to get it to cooperate but couldn't. It told him it was on concrete and I could do what I needed to my truck there, so we unloaded it where it sat. He very apologetic, and discounted the fee by $25, which was nice. The customer service attitudes of the dispatcher and driver were great. A little trouble at the end but my driveway is pretty extreme, so no complaints there. They will definitely be my first call if I need a wrecker again.

I broke down in a bad part of town. I was scared and my husband was out of town of course lucky me. I called Adre’s wrecker service. They were kind understood my predicament and were there quickly. Not only were they nice but they got me home safely. I recommend them to any and everyone

Whoever works at the front desk of this office is extremely rude and She’s abusing her power. She’s also telling lies on Shelby County about a car being held, and when paperwork is being sent to her, she saying that she cannot use it.
