Not a professional service. We called a tow truck and were given a 90-minute ETA. After waiting more than 2 hours, they told us they needed more time because the tow truck was on another call. We asked for a discount due to this unprofessional communication, but the dispatcher on the phone was mumbling and even seemed to be falling asleep. I do not recommend using this towing service.

I needed a vintage truck towed from east Memphis to Bartlett. I was referred to Marion Towing. The driver, J. Holmes, was outstanding! I needed the truck loaded a certain way on the flat bed and he accommodated my request. When he dropped it off at my house I was thinking he could only put it in driveway but he was able to put it exactly in the garage where I needed it to be. He even made a few adjustments to make sure it was situated where I could work on it. Excellent service and he showed up at the time I had requested. I did not have to wait at all. Fair pricing as well. Go with Marion if you need any type of towing needs.

Driver came and hauled me to Peterbilt of Dobbs in Memphis. Driver was really polite and did his job professionally. Driver drop me off to the hotel after dropping the truck off. Would recommend this company to anyone
