I came in today to have a state inspection and to price tires since I was aware they would more than likely fail inspection. The team at Larry’s was phenomenal and went about and beyond. No pressure to buy anything just understanding and knowledge. I was priced a couple different options and explained what tire had what features and benefits. I ultimately chose to go with their recommended option that also had a rebate going on. I see bad reviews and get leery of trying new places but from my experience the bad reviews are unfounded sometimes. I feel the need to let people know when I’ve received good customer service, let alone the excellent service I received today. The team at Larry’s far exceeded my expectations and prior repair shop experiences and shows that sometimes bad reviews are more of a reflection on the person writing them as it is about the place being reviewed your vehicle will have issues that’s why they have a job to fix said issues. Justin, Mac, and Kentrell you have earned my business and my company’s business for life. Take it from me for what it’s worth and come give these guys a shot and you will see what you have been missing out on.

My daughter was home for Thanksgiving and we had the dealer do a state inspection and change the oil in her car (it was free). Few days later she left to drive back to Lynchburg and I was a panicked to later see a puddle of oil where her car had been parked. Thankfully the car survived the 3.5 hour drive. I contacted Larry's and explained the situation, they got her in immediately, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. They were incredibly nice to my daughter, she was so impressed. I am very grateful for their professionalism, courtesy and prompt assistance. They've definitely earned a repeat customer!

Larry's was amazing - my daughter, at college, had an unfortunate interaction with a deer. I'm in Connecticut - not fun for a dad when daughter has an accident! Larry's quickly evaluated the damage and gave me honest advice. They were friendly, helpful, and incredibly fair in what they charged. I would recommend them, with much gratitude!
