Had to get a dent taken out of the door. The scheduling was very easy. They did a great job, the car looked like it had just rolled out of the factory. These folks are LIFESAVERS! I was on a road trip back from the Outer Banks and my car broke down (on a Saturday at 6:30pm, when all the shops are closed for the wknd). Google incorrectly had Pure Platinum's hours listed as open on Sunday, so I got my car towed to their auto body shop and left it overnight. On Sunday morning, Rudy was at the shop and was confused why my mom was hovering around his gate (since are no longer open on Sundays). Although they were closed, he opened for my mom and fixed our car for us first thing Sunday morning so that we were able to drive home. He charged us a beyond fair price and was the nicest guy ever. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!! LIFESAVERS!!!
