We had a very scary moment at a gas station, in which by accident we left our dog and 2 year old locked inside the car. While they were not in any danger, it was still awful to have them locked inside and not being able to take them out or get in. We had two men from another pum helping but weren’t able to get it open. More than ten minutes had gone by when… someone from Craig’s Towing came in to save the day. Josh was AMAZING!!!!!!!! Quickly got it open, while being respectful, understanding, and empathic. He even told us about a long term solution for the keypad on the driver’s door. God bless Josh and his family, and everyone at Craig’s Towing. Hard working and family oriented is the type of people we want helping us. Thank you thank you

We were stranded on the side of the highway today when I called Craig's Towing & Repair for help. I had never had to call a tow truck before but had always been told that they cost a fortune.
