Excellent shop, very punctual. I went in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day according to my schedule. The place is full of history and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!

I needed my brakes replaced and came to this location on a referral from a friend. Maggie at the front desk was great - very upfront and explained everything. Dropped my car off at 3pm and it was ready by 5. Would definitely come here again and recommend.

Big thanks to Pep Boys Johns Creek. My skid plate came loose while driving because the last oil change spot didn’t reinstall it properly. They squeezed me in right away and Kevon was awesome. Super chill, very knowledgeable, and he even used bolts from his own car since mine were missing. Got everything tightened up fast and I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Maggie at the front desk was also really nice and helpful. Definitely glad I came here.
