I have a 2013 Mini Cooper that for several years after I purchased it I had the dealership perform the maintenance. I later discovered Superior Auto Works and they have been both a good value and trustworthy. Recently, the Mini had a recall so I had to take it to the dealership. While the dealership was performing the recall work they also provided me with a $5000 list of things that "needed" to be done to my car. I was honestly quite surprised because I have been taking my car to Superior Auto Works at least twice a year for the last 7-8 years. I took the dealerships list of work that needed to be done to Superior. Superior reviewed the list and determined that several items on the list were not necessary. The few items that Superior felt should be done, they did for a fraction of the price of the dealership. Over the years I have come to trust Joe and the staff at Superior Auto Works. I have never felt that they have encouraged me to have unnecessary work done to my car and I have always felt that what they have charged me to maintain my car is fair. If you are looking for an honest group of people to take care of you car in the Carmel area, I highly recommend Superior Auto Works.

Went in for an oil leak after getting an oil change somewhere else. They quickly found and fixed the issue, topped off all my fluids, checked tire pressure, and made sure everything was good to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I’ve already scheduled my next oil change here. This is definitely our new go-to spot. They really take care of their customers!

Absolutely professional and efficient work, its hard to find a place that know how to work on alfa romeos and they took really good care of mine. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop over any other place for how helpful and on time they can be.
