Same as many others, if I could give a zero I would. Extremely rude employees, had me wait outside (away from entrance per their REQUEST) for my personal belongings to get pulled from my car. They said they would deliver them to me outside so I wouldn't be in way of their trucks. I waited for 40 Mins and finally went to gate entrance only to find my stuff in a bag on the ground. Whatever happened to some customer service. Edison police need to find a different towing company to handle road accidents. These guys are the worst!

I never give negative views! This is by far the worst towing company I have ever had to experience and they didn’t even tow my car! I called early in the morning to make sure they can pick up my car for 12:30pm they told me yes 12:30pm comes around they tell me someone is coming in 30 minutes I call at 1pm they tell me someone will be coming in 10 minutes and calling me in 5 minutes I call again after 10 minutes…. I am told the drivers are backed up, taking there time due to snow, they will call me when they’re outside but before the man said this he asked me if I wanted to cancel! Extremely unprofessional DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU ARE IN DISTRESS and in need of a tow please save your time!
