Car broke down on the toll road today. The toll road emergency truck called Redmon’s towing in Schaumburg and they showed up within 30 minutes. I have AAA but they didn’t know when they would be able to dispatch a truck for me…makes me 2nd guess why I have AAA. Anyways, the driver was very professional and was able to tow my car to the shop near my house, which was 35 miles away. It was a costly tow, so hopefully AAA will reimburse the full amount. Always make sure you tip your driver, if we can tip a server to bring us food…better tip the driver that bails you when you’re stranded on the side of a busy highway.

Spoke on the phone with the most rude person. I hope she never has to experience any sort of inconvenience, seeking for help, only to be met with her attitude. Forget basic human decency, it’s her job to assist and she didn’t. She wasn’t listening, kept cutting me off, and then had the audacity to say, “if you just got to the point” as if she was even letting me get a word in. And then proceeded to tell me she’s too busy to try to help me out. The faster and more willing you are to help me, the faster you could get to all your other objectives. The only saving grace and why I gave more than just one star is because I called back, and someone else answered and was able to help me out and it was so simple.

I witnessed one of your tow truck drivers driving extremely recklessly today on I-294 South around 5:45 PM while transporting a white Lexus. He was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and making unsafe lane changes without signaling. It was honestly scary to watch and put everyone around him in danger. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that should prioritize safety while operating large equipment on busy highways. He is a huge liability. I strongly urge your company to address this immediately before someone gets killed.
