I have been going to the Pit Stop in Elgin And have always received outstanding service from Angela and her team. Today was no exception. I had a weird noise going on in my car due to something getting into the air filter like a mouse and creating havoc with the blower. Angela took extra time to ensure that she cleared out all the Reminence of whatever had crawled into the car and made sure everything was working again. She filled up the air in my tires and topped off my windshield washing fluid as a courtesy. This place will give you extra attention and consultation every single time! I fully trust Angela and her team to provide me with the right guidance and recommendations when it comes to anything related to my car. The hispanic Elderly guy helped me with my windshield hose because it was leaking windshield fliud and i thought i was going to have to replace the hose but it was because of the clip to the hose was lose and he just replaced with no charge and thank god he was there to help me especially with the situation im going through right now Five out of Five Service
