Amazing work, the vehicle color was matched perfectly. All impacted areas in the exterior were repaired and received my vehicle like the day I bought my car (referencing exterior). The interior was left dirty, covered from the sanding and the side frame removal. They used my car jack and tossed it, along with other attachments, in the back instead of placing them back in their compartments where they were originally. Otherwise for the reason my vehicle was there the quality of work is 100% so their a 5.

Overall very happy with my experience with Caliber Collision. They were kind, willing to answer my questions, and able to replace the bumper on my Mazda CX5. I did have to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled, but from there it was smooth sailing. They fixed my vehicle quickly and lightly cleaned the interior prior to return. Also very grateful for the option to drop off after hours to better accommodate my schedule. Overall I would recommend working with them, and I’d be willing to do so again in the future.

Great overall experience! Cindy at the front desk and Xan my estimator were both friendly and helpful. This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle here over several years. Both times I was happy with the experience. My Tacoma was rear ended and you would never know it. It looks like I just drove it off the lot. The color match is perfect. As a bonus, I was surprised to see they not only washed the outside, but the inside was vacuumed and dusted! They seem to take great pride in their work and go above and beyond. I will continue to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs.
