I want to give a huge thank you to Austin at the Meridian location—he was fantastic to work with. When I bought my truck new, the dealer installed wheels with the wrong offset, and they stuck out past the fenders. I own Gem State Dumpsters and am at the landfill almost every day, so my truck was constantly getting covered in mud. I was beyond tired of washing it multiple times a week and dealing with mud flinging all over the windows. Austin took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish and worked with me to dial everything in perfectly. He absolutely nailed it. The truck not only looks better now, but it tracks much better too—way better than those roller-skate-looking wheels the dealer put on. I highly recommend calling Austin. He went above and beyond, and it shows in the final result.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Les Schwab in Meridian. I went in with a simple flat tire caused by a nail and asked if they could repair it. Instead of helping, they refused to fix the tire because we declined to purchase a new set from them — we already have tires at home ready to be installed. What’s even more frustrating is that they wouldn’t even air up the tire so we could safely leave. It felt less like customer service and more like a sales tactic. A flat repair should be straightforward, and refusing basic assistance because we didn’t agree to buy new tires is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the lack of service and customer care. I expected much better.
