I arrived 20 minutes before closing and arranged to pick up the car. They refused to give me the car. The forklift drivers, including the senior employee, told me I couldn't pick up the car, even though there was still plenty of time. They refused to show me where the car was parked so I could come and pick it up myself. So I was left without my cargo. Terrible staff! Except for the employees who work in the office, they were very polite. Another car transporter arrived right after me and they gave him a car using a forklift.

Called regarding my vehicle trying to get information because it just so happened my adjuster was out of office. All i was told was to sign documentation so it could be picked up by the insurance. The man i spoke to was very ignorant and rude when i repeatedly tried to explain the situation. finally stated vehicle was totaled i gave thanks and he hung up on me. decent customer service isn’t that hard to give if you don’t like your job or speaking on the phone quit and find something else.

On June 2nd, my license plates weren’t removed from my towed totaled vehicle. It was a Friday late afternoon, I was concerned throughout the weekend. But when I called IAA at 8AM Sharp, a reception answered immediately and was very helpful and assured me that my plates were at their office. She offered to mail them directly to me, free of charge or pick them up. I drove there, grabbed my plates and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Thank you for a positive experience.
