I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Georgetown Auto was so outstanding that I felt it deserved one. I brought my 2016 Audi S5 in for emergency maintenance, and to my surprise, not only was the turnaround quick, but the service itself was exceptional. Bobby and his team went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way, making sure all my concerns were addressed, and treating me like more than just another customer. The prices were fair, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers both quality work and excellent customer care, but Georgetown Auto truly does. I’ll definitely be back for all my future maintenance needs.

Georgetown Auto Service is a great mechanic shop. I brought my Lexus 350 Fsport in for an oil change and regular maintenance and Roberto communicated clearly all of the work recommendations and they had very fair prices for all of the work provided. They take pride in their work and even make sure to fix other extra little things that were found and needed. I recommend you go the extra mile and give Georgetown Auto a try for any of your car's mechanical needs. Dropping off your car is easy now too because the Potomac Yard metro stop is just a half a mile away.

My daughter had the best experience at Georgetown Auto in Alexandria. They were honest, kind, and only fixed what actually needed to be fixed. The local Toyota dealer told her she needed a new water pump and quoted her over $900. She took the car to Georgetown Auto for a second opinion, and they told her nothing was wrong — the pump looked brand new. Georgetown Auto was honest, professional, and their kindness meant the world to us. I was so impressed with their integrity and would highly recommend their services.
