WOW! Dylan is absolutely amazing! One the nicest and caring drivers. The hospitality level he has first class. After having a bad two days, he was able to make me feel better even though I was in a high stress situation. If all the employees are like him, there is no other choice. Willing to hire him away. Terrible Service! Please do not use this company! Very Unprofessional! I spoke with receptionist and scheduled to have my dump truck towed. She didn't get any details accept for location but assured me tow truck would arrive in 30 minutes. 2 HOURS later I call to see eta of truck. I spoke with the manager "Frank" a he very rudely told me the driver tried to contact me via his cell phone and I didn't answer so he went on a different haul. Not only did I not miss any calls but I was not told to be on standby for call from driver. Very unprofessional! Will never use this company again.

Just had Matthew assist my brother and I with towing our van back home. He was so kind and efficient and we are so thankful for his help. Our van was stuck at a private business and needed the van gone by 9pm (we got stuck there at around 7), and Matthew responded and arrived by 730. Excellent customer service!
