We are from WV and we were rear ended in NC. Being out of state with my sister, mom, and 4 month old daughter, we were concerned about my car. Nick was at the accident to tow the other car. When I asked him if he thought my car could be driven, he got right out, went to look at my car, and put my car back together without hesitation. Nick was the kindest person and my family will never forget him. When a day was pretty awful in a state we weren’t familiar with, Nick remind us there are good people who exist in this world! We hope we are never in a car accident here again, but if we were, we would call Nick. He was generous and helpful when he didn’t have to be!! Nick also beat the cops to the scene by way over an hour! He sat and waited with us!!

Clutch had a surprise issue driving home and I couldn’t get into a gear coming off the highway, so I ended up stuck in neutral on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance took forever finding somebody so I looked for another option, saw Nick’s had great reviews, and after calling him up he was there in 20 minutes. An absolute lifesaver compared to waiting endlessly on roadside assistance. Super friendly guy, the ride back was great and saved what was a terrible night for me! Price was also very reasonable, especially given how quickly he helped me out. Overall a great experience amidst a stressful situation, Nick is the man.
