Wouldn't let us do business with them today (Monday, October 6) at 4:45 pm. Super rudely yelled that they're closed. Yet Google AND their own website say open Monday through Sunday 7 am to 8 pm. Drove all the way here in rush hour traffic for nothing.

I was at the impound yard and the lady there was a beast... She was unbearable. I did not want to be there at all. She was yelling at me and my kids and threw me out. Waiting 5 minutes for you driver seemed like an eternity. I was very impatient. When he called saying he would be there in 2 minutes I already had a bad attitude. I misunderstood him on the phone and was pissed. However when I got back there I think his name was Frank was all smiles and very friendly. The lady at the yard was very rude to your driver and started to throw him out. Frank was very kind did his job very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Thanks
