After 30 yrs of mechanics these ppl say i need stuff that doesn't make sense. Perfect tires but you say the car needs alignment??? Yal cant fix a bad tire nontheless fix my alignment even tho its on point. Needs new windshield wipers? Who asked you? It wasnt even raining for you to test them. I could go on cuz they gave me a laundry list of money they need to make cuz the technician is a bot.

I had a low tire signal on my car/visually almost flat tire when I came from church. Sarah was helpful on the phone when I called to inquire of availability. She ushered me through the process quickly, they repaired the tire (a screw caused this) and I left just an hour or so later.

The service experience exceeded my expectations, from a courteous welcome and professional assistance of the service adviser at front desk, to a direct assistance of the manager, who kindly took the time to listen and understand the problem for which I brought my vehicle to the shop. The manager assigned my vehicle to a technician who had it ready in less than 40 minutes with the problem fixed. I made the road test on the highway and so far everything indicates that all wheel shaking issues (wheel balance) were resolved! Excellent service . Than you!!!
